Head of Product · Platform & Infrastructure
Strategy, people,
and systems that scale.
I'm a product leader with deep roots in cloud infrastructure and a track record of turning ambiguous platform problems into clear, shipped solutions. At Microsoft, I've shaped the control plane that underpins every Azure resource, and built the team that keeps it moving. My background spans computer engineering, startup co-founding, and a decade of technical product management at scale.

What I focus on
Platform strategy & product definition
I like starting with the messy problems nobody has quite named yet and working out what the product should actually do about them.
Cross-team alignment
A lot of slowdowns aren't technical. I spend real time on the shared understanding that lets disparate teams move together.
Execution model innovation
How a team decides what to work on matters as much as the work itself. I'm interested in getting that process right, not just following a framework.
Customer & partner engagement loops
In platform work, customer signal is easy to lose. I've built research and feedback structures that keep the team connected to real usage rather than assumptions.
AI for PM productivity
I use AI tools heavily in my own work and think carefully about where they help PMs think better versus just produce more output faster.
Team health & culture
Culture is a retention strategy. It's also what holds a high-performance team together when things get hard. I treat it as a serious input to the work, not a reward for finishing it.
Experience
-
Led the PM team defining common operations, actions, and attributes across Azure's control plane, ensuring a consistent, intuitive resource experience through ARM's APIs, spanning hundreds of Azure services.
- Owned strategy, portfolio development, customer adoption, and service fundamentals for a team of PMs, TPMs, and engineers
- Drove engineering planning through backlog review and prioritization, release phasing, design sign-off, and constraint trade-offs
Microsoft · Redmond, WA
-
Partnered across the company to drive vision and delivery for key Azure control plane functionality.
- Led architecture discussions for new type-agnostic platform functionality
- Ran user research from ambiguous idea through shipped product; iterated on UX mockups with design
- Evolved the Azure resource provider contract, enforcing compliance while managing risk and impact
- Coordinated integrations across Azure Policy, Resource Graph, and Management Groups
- Engaged directly with partners and customers to integrate feedback into product plans
